Founded by Rob Allbeury, who remains an integral part of the establishment, Turnstyles has carved its niche as the world's pioneer football-themed barber shop. 
 
Specialising in a blend of modern and traditional hairdressing methods, Turnstyles has garnered widespread media attention, being featured in numerous television, radio & national newspapers over the years. 
 
Rob can be regularly heard on Talksports 'Hawksby & Jacobs' show, discussing football and its links to hairdressing. 
 
The shop's longevity can be attributed to its loyal customers, playing a pivotal role in establishing Turnstyles as one of the longest standing shops on Oxted's high street.

The shop's reception desk, is a cast iron turnstile from Brighton & Hove Albion's former home, the Goldstone Ground, and waiting seats from Chelsea's Stamford Bridge add a touch of football history to the shop's ambience. 
 
The walls are adorned with stylish football photos, and autographed shirts from legends like Bobby & Jack Charlton, Jimmy Greaves, Liam Brady and Tom Finney immerse customers in the rich history of the beautiful game. 
 
The shop also features a table football table and a newly-installed dart board for the amusement of customers.
